At a time of trepidation and the unknown, Joshua made my husband's and my first-time home buying experience incredibly smooth and even fun. As a result of all his help and communication, we landed that first-choice house--and his work wasn't done. Josh remained an invaluable resource during the escrow period, which came with its own mountain of emotional highs and lows and unexpected frustrations. But it all came together on time and with keys to our awesome first home in our hands right on our closing date. We truly do owe it to Josh, and are already recommending him to everyone we know who's starting the house hunt. He's an amazing guy who truly cares and will be there for you.
